Developing the Sport Horse
Using her background and experience with young horses, Sue teaches a two day clinic for riders who want to prepare their horses and enhance their riding skills. This clinic is beneficial for training and riding hunters, jumpers, event horses, off the track throughbreds, young horses, and made horses. Levels from green horses to advanced.
Riding with the Right side of Your Brain with Sue Lyman and Laura Rowley
Imagine a workshop and riding clinic where you learn to see the ride from the horse’s perspective while you also consolidate your foundations of classical riding technique.
Wouldn't you love to know what your horse is thinking? Top riders and trainers are intuitive. The best riders know the precise moment to add leg, when to give and when to take, when and how to sit. They are aware of slight changes of balance -- when their horse in getting ready spook, spin or stop -- and instantly use the correct technique to prevent it from happening. First-rate trainers know exactly when a horse is ready to take the next step in training by instinct. They have the ability to do more with less; can tell what the horse needs next -- not only through classical education.
Through these two dynamic teachers you can heighten your awareness and performance! This clinic will not only hone your skills with proper riding instruction, it will also open the door to that deeper side of yourself and your horse. Achieve better communication with your mount that will lead to fun and successful rides.
